A multi-national player in the Telecom industry, Alcatel-Lucent came to us with a system requirement for live tracking their installations, maintenance vessels, fibre cable network and its points across the globe. We also integrated a full-service permission control that could be tweaked according to varying laws and protocols across their geographically segregated offices.
Our customised solution was an exhaustive projection of their requirements clubbed with a progressive implementation. The system we created had real-time ASN system overview, integrated with geographical tracking of cable depots, ship locations as well as maintenance activities. It also supported in-depth user and management control with global configuration and extensive search and filter features.
